What is Venting Sessions ?
Dear Mind’s Venting Sessions are therapeutic conversations designed for release and relief. These 60-minute private sessions allow employees to speak freely about stressors, emotions, or challenges without being analyzed or advised. The simple act of expression—held by a compassionate listener—helps prevent emotional build-up, workplace conflicts, and burnout. Optional journaling follow-ups allow participants to reflect after the session, creating emotional continuity.
