Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding

  • Implement HR policies that align with wellness-focused culture

  • Use HR Dashboards & analytics to measure employee engagement, wellness participation, and retention

  • Partner with leadership to address workplace dynamics (politics, favoritism, hidden tensions) through Grapevine Check insights

  • Conduct training, wellness awareness programs, and HR interventions

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational values

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of HR generalist or talent management experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

  • Familiarity with HR analytics tools/dashboards is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven startup
