Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
Implement HR policies that align with wellness-focused culture
Use HR Dashboards & analytics to measure employee engagement, wellness participation, and retention
Partner with leadership to address workplace dynamics (politics, favoritism, hidden tensions) through Grapevine Check insights
Conduct training, wellness awareness programs, and HR interventions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational values
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
2–4 years of HR generalist or talent management experience.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with HR analytics tools/dashboards is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven startup
